We handle orders from 12 pieces to 100,000+ pieces with the same standards, packaged in double-wall branded boxes with box liners and UV-coated thank you cards to protect the apparel in transit. Highlights: Screen printing: 1-color orders start at $3.33 per piece at 12 pieces and scale to $0.27 per piece at 10,000+ pieces. Standard screen charge is $20 per screen. Embroidery: Free digitizing on all runs of 144+ pieces. Embroidery pricing starts at $13.85 per piece at 1 piece and scales to $2.43 at 1,000 pieces under 5,000 stitches. DTF: Pricing starts at $8.23 per piece for small imprints on single-piece orders and scales to $3.30 at 500+ pieces. $10 setup fee per location. Once registered, clients have immediate access to our Quick-Quote Pro tool, 1-Hour Quote form, full job tracking, and real-time production photo feed on every order. We require four things before any job enters production: print-ready artwork, an approved proof, apparel received at our facility, and payment made (unless the client is on approved terms). Each job is written as a separate purchase order. Our production cutoff for new approvals is 3pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, no minimum order sizes, and no annual volume commitments. Distributors order when they need to order. We’re here when they do.
