PPAI has released its annual report, which describes the Association’s organizational strategy, and provides performance updates on its goals and initiatives in 2015. The Association’s activities are reported in correlation with its strategic pillars: delivering great member value, advocating for the industry, engaging the global marketplace and managing an efficient, progressive and professional organization.
In his message at the beginning of the report, PPAI President and CEO Paul Bellantone, CAE, says, “Fiscal year 2015 was another strong year for our industry and your Association. PPAI’s financial strength continues to allow us to develop programs designed to grow and protect the industry.”
Highlights of the 2015 report include an increase in membership by 4.5 percent; The PPAI Expo welcomed 19,400 total participants, including more than 11,750 distributors; all companies seeking to do business through PPAI channels were Product Safety Aware; the renewal of the Power of Two partnership with SAGE; 48,432 professional development credits were earned by industry professionals through PPAI webinars, on-demand courses and live education events; and PPAI experienced growth and expansion of its live events, volunteer engagement and industry awareness initiatives.
