What They’re Saying
“Bravo! Branding is an established branded merchandise agency serving an elite roster of global brands,” says Craig Nadel, CEO of Nadel. “Paul Zuckerman and his team have built Bravo! Branding on exceeding client expectations in service and creativity. We appreciate their trust in Nadel’s ability to help them continue their growth.”
Paige Dickens, Bravo!’s founder and president expressed her support for the acquisition after years of success operating as a smaller distributor.
“We’ve been charting an independent course here in Seattle for 25 years, and it’s been a great ride,” Dickens says. “But once discussions with Nadel unfolded, and I walked into their new headquarters, it became immediately and abundantly clear that their depth, their breadth of capabilities and their global reach, could be transformative for Bravo! This will benefit our clients directly, particularly our tech and travel clients who need our branded merchandise support around the world.”
Nadel’s CFO, Marco Icardo says the acquisition will be a strategic and mutually beneficial partnership for both sides.
“While we maintain high standards for acquisitions, the Bravo! team’s approach to client service left a strong impression on us,” says Icardo. “Seattle’s market potential is exciting, and we’re confident Bravo will thrive within Nadel’s infrastructure. Our proprietary e-commerce platform, global distribution and top-tier creative team offer them valuable support.”
