commonsku (PPAI 552077), a promotional products business and sales software provider headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, wrapped up its four-city commonsku sessions tour on May 16 in New York City. Other stops on the tour included Dallas, Texas, on April 4; Chicago, Illinois, on April 25; and Los Angeles, California, on May 9. The sales conference focused on doubling the size of the industry by highlighting techniques that would target broader advertising budgets.
In LA and New York, proven sales execs shared their strongest insights into business growth with panelists including Renya Nelson from Brand+Aid, Brad Storms from C & S Sales, Tonia Allen Gould with Tagsource, Adam Cott from inrecordtime, Lisa Pine with Axis Promotions and Joseph Sommer with Whitestone Branding. David Clifton of alphabroder also participated in a Q&A at each location, which focused on his experiences as the former senior vice president of marketing at Dell.
“The responses we are already receiving from attendees who have put the ideas they have learned into action immediately has been the strongest encouragement that we helped serve a vital need in the industry, energizing seasoned pros and new sales professionals alike, we couldn’t be happier with the response,” says Mark Graham, commonsku’s chief platform officer.
commonsku sessions are one part of the entrepreneurial training initiative held by commonsku, which includes skucon, held in Las Vegas each January prior to The PPAI Expo, and skucamp, held in Pittsburgh on September 22-25.
