The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing their existing territory and will ensure strong incremental growth.  The ideal candidate for this position will have established sales experience and committed to delivering the highest level of professional dedication and performance. This position requires an individual who is independent, highly motivated, and a self-starter.

-Working with existing customer lists to identify and develop account base.
-Make >50 outbound calls per day.
-Good knowledge of the Consultative Selling Process.
-Work with Field Sales representatives in assigned region to maximize territory coverage and revenue potential on all assigned accounts.
-Marketing and selling Gemline to new and existing accounts through direct contact using various communication techniques.
-Informing accounts of Gemline products, decoration capabilities, marketing programs and business solutions with a focus on sales.
-Organizing and documenting all account communication.
-Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion.
-May be required to take inbound calls when volume is above expectations.
-Other duties as assigned. 

-Must have previous telemarketing or similar sales experience.
-College degree or equivalent work experience.
-Must be well organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent systems literacy knowledge and skills – MS Office, CRM etc.
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Candidate must be highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
