Below you will find a varied list of items regional affiliates can receive reimbursement, or incentive for under the Regional Engagement Program. Please note that the maximum amount a regional can receive is $2,500 annually.

To request payment for completed items—
Click HERE and complete the Regional Engagement Program Online Form. Note: Items can be submitted one at a time throughout the year, or en masse. Call 972/258-3051, or e-mail Regional Relations Admin Valerie Schenewerk with any questions. The submission deadline is December 1, 2020 to earn these 2020 sponsorship monies.
MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (earn up to $300)
$300 — Membership Plan and Recap of Plan Results
Submit a plan with timeline AND recap report as well as samples of collateral for a membership recruitment campaign, including metrics (positive, or negative) with permission to share as part of regional best practices. The plan does not have to be elaborate, but does need to be written up and detail what’s going to be done (can be a set of bullet points) with a timeline. You can also specify any duration for your plan—first half of the year, the summer months only, a back-to-school special initiative, Christmas special, etc. Afterwards, write a recap of how the plan worked (good/bad with actual numbers). Include copies of e-mails sent out, copies of a new membership brochure (if one was created) and any other materials used to work the plan (map of area to be covered, list of volunteers, etc.).
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR MEMBERS AT EVENTS (earn up to $400)
$400 — Professional Development Session for Members presented / hosted by PPAI
To schedule a speaker, complete the Speaker Request Form and e-mail to Regional Relations Admin Valerie Schenewerk. Travel/lodging costs for one PPAI speaker per year are covered. Non-staff speakers may require expenses. Other speakers and topics if approved for CAS/MAS credit by PPAI Professional Development may be submitted to receive sponsorship monies.

Other topics may be submitted to Regional Relations Manager Dana Geiger for review and addition to the approved list.
REGIONAL BOARD DEVELOPMENT (earn up to $400)
$400 — Regional Board Session facilitated by PPAI staff
To schedule a facilitator, please fill out this request form and e-mail to Regional Relations Admin Valerie Schenewerk. Schedules fill fast and travel/lodging costs are cheaper when reserved in advance, so please schedule your session as early in the year as you can. Facilitated sessions will not be scheduled in December.

Include PPW!W messaging in association events, or in publications and online marketing during PPW!W. Click HERE for the PPW!W Tookit.
SHOW SPONSOR (earn up to $300)
$300 — Show Sponsor
Recognize PPAI as a premium-level show sponsor on all pre-show, onsite and post-event marketing, e-mails, materials, signage and on-screen displays and also display PPAI collateral near registration area. Include letter from PPAI CEO in show directory. Available for download:

LISTS AND BENCHMARKING ACTIVITIES (earn up to $500)
$300 — Roster and Lists
Provide member roster and post-show attendee and exhibitor lists to Regional Relations with permission to use for outreach, communication and membership marketing as well as current Bylaws, P&P and Board roster. All six items must be provided in order to earn $300. If your regional does not have a Policies & Procedures Manual, just let us know that you are unable to provide Item 6.
$200 — Benchmarking Study
Participate in the RAC Annual Benchmarking study by stated deadline.
CONTINUING EDUCATION (earn up to $650)
$250 — Continuing Education Opportunities
PPAI will reimburse the regional association for investing in the continuing education of Executive Directors, staff, or volunteer leaders for the betterment of the association.
Up to $400 — ASAE (or Local Chapter of ASAE) Membership
PPAI will reimburse the regional association's ASAE, or a state SAE annual dues, upon receipt of proof of payment, up to $400. Membership should be held by the association Executive Director, or an appointed Board member representative for the association and be of the type representative of the association and not of any individual's company, or business.
