Incentive payments are earned by submitting items requested by Regional Relations under the Regional Affiliate Engagement Program within the calendar year. To receive these incentive payments, the regional association should submit the completed Regional Engagement Program Online Form with the first payment request.

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (earn up to $300)
$300 — Membership Plan and Recap of Plan Results
Submit a plan with timeline AND recap report as well as samples of collateral for a membership recruitment campaign, including metrics (positive, or negative) with permission to share as part of regional best practices.
The plan does not have to be elaborate, but does need to be written up and detail what’s going to be done (can be a set of bullet points) with a timeline.. You can also specify any duration for your plan—first half of the year, the summer months only, a back-to-school special initiative, Christmas special, etc.
Afterwards, write a recap of how the plan worked (good/bad with actual numbers). Include copies of e-mails sent out, copies of a new membership brochures (if one was created) and any other materials used to work the plan (map of area to be covered, list of volunteers, etc.).
ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS AND EVENTS (earn up to $900)
$400 — Professional Development Live Event presented / hosted by PPAI
To schedule a speaker, complete the Speaker Request Form and e-mail to Regional Relations Admin Valerie Schenewerk. Travel costs for one speaker per year are covered. Schedules fill fast and travel/lodging costs are cheaper when reserved in advance, so please book your speaker as early in the year as you can.

Recognize PPAI as a premium-level show sponsor on all pre-show, onsite and post-event marketing, e-mails, materials, signage and on-screen displays and also display PPAI collateral near registration area. Include letter from PPAI CEO in show directory. Available for download:
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT (earn up to $400)
$400 — Regional Board Session facilitated by PPAI staff (select one)

GOVERNANCE AND BENCHMARKING ACTIVITIES (earn up to $900)
$300 — Roster and Lists
Provide member roster and post-show attendee and exhibitor lists to Regional Relations with permission to use for outreach, communication and membership marketing as well as current Bylaws, P&P and Board roster. There are six items we’d like to have and only pay when all items are provided. If your regional does not have a Policies & Procedures Manual, just let us know that you are unable to provide Item 6.
Up to $400 — ASAE, or Local Chapter of ASAE Membership
PPAI will reimburse the regional association's ASAE, or a state SAE annual dues, upon receipt of proof of payment, up to $400. Membership should be held by the association Executive Director, or an appointed Board member representative for the association and be of the type representative of the association and not of any individual's company, or business.
$200 — Benchmarking Study
Participate in the RAC Annual Benchmarking study by stated deadline.
