PPAI’s Women’s Leadership Conference has kicked off in Milwaukee as women in the branded merchandise industry gather for a high-energy experience focused on leadership growth and meaningful connection.
Before the first timers’ reception and the opening reception for all attendees on Monday, several participants volunteered with the Milwaukee Diaper Mission, a nonprofit empowering families in need by providing a reliable source of free diapers and period supplies.
Through shared experiences and practical insight, WLC attendees gain the confidence, perspective and community to move forward in their careers and lead with intention. Throughout the three-day event, they’ll make connections, toast the PPAI Woman of Achievement and broaden horizons on everything from corporate finance to AI and the value of keeping a beginner’s mindset.
“At WLC, I’m most looking forward to impactful conversations, leadership development, hearing from inspiring speakers and making meaningful peer connections,” said Kash Herbert, director of global product development and quality assurance at S&S Activewear, PPAI 100’s No. 2 supplier, who is one of this year’s recipients of the WLC First-Time Attendee Scholarship.
