Is the PPAI-SAGE offer available one time only?
This is not a one-time offer, but an on-going PPAI member benefit. The PPAI member benefit of $495 to SAGE Total Access and is renewed each year that a distributor renews membership with PPAI. 

Is the PPAI/SAGE Alliance member benefit available to International Members? 
This member benefit is available to all Member distributors located in North America. Distributors currently located in North America but holding an International Membership can upgrade their Membership and receive the SAGE credit. The offer is not available for distributors outside of North America.

Will I get a coupon?
PPAI does not issue coupons, as this is not a one-time offer, but a part of the membership process. For this reason, members automatically receive a $495 SAGE credit once their PPAI membership renewal is processed. SAGE has a record of this credit, so PPAI members only need to call SAGE to apply this credit to a SAGE Total Access Subscription.

What is the PPAI-SAGE strategic alliance?
PPAI and SAGE have teamed up to provide the industry with the combined benefits of a PPAI membership and SAGE products and services. As part of the alliance, PPAI will provide a credit (worth $495) to all PPAI Distributor members. Therefore, SAGE will be able to provide SAGE Total Access to PPAI members as part of their membership.

Why is this important to the promotional products industry?
PPAI leads the promotional products industry with the most comprehensive offering of networking, education, legislative and business savings benefits while SAGE provides the most popular product research service and other technology services. Distributors can now have membership support and powerful product research capabilities through one low membership price, supported by two of the strongest organizations in the promotional products industry.

What does this strategic alliance mean for me as a member of PPAI?
In addition to your current PPAI member benefits, you will now also receive:

  • One comprehensive membership solution, rather than subscriptions to multiple services, at a cost much lower than ASI.
  • Access to powerful product research capabilities that includes direct access to full product and supplier research and more.

What is a credit?
A credit is given to each PPAI distributor member, allowing them to purchase products and services from SAGE, including SAGE Total Access, which includes the SAGE Online product search tool. The face value of the credit is $495, which fully covers the cost of a SAGE Total Access subscription for one year.

Why is the credit valued at $495?
This is the price of one-year, one-user license for SAGE Total Access, which includes the SAGE Online product search tool, SAGE Web and SAGE Mobile. 

Do PPAI distributors just receive the $495 credit one time?
No, every year that a distributor renews with PPAI, they will receive a $495 credit to apply to SAGE Total Access. The credit is good for one year from the PPAI/SAGE membership renewal date. This credit will be issued once PPAI membership dues are received and processed through SAGE who processes all Power of Two billing on one convenient co-branded invoice.

Who do I pay PPAI or SAGE?
As part of this new streamlined process, distributors will receive a single, co-branded invoice for your PPAI membership and SAGE Total Access subscription. This co-branded invoice will come via email from SAGE and will show both your SAGE subscriptions and your PPAI membership, along with your $495 (annual) or $49 (monthly) credit.  You will pay SAGE by following the instructions on the invoice. 

Do I have to call SAGE to redeem anything?
No. Distributors with PPAI annual dues of $495 (doing less than $250,000 per year in promotional products sales) no longer have to redeem a voucher in order to subscribe to SAGE services, making it easier for you to receive these combined benefits.  If you are a larger distributor, you’ll continue to receive a $495 voucher when you renew your PPAI membership that you can apply as a credit to the purchase of any SAGE services.

Can I pay on a monthly plan?
Absolutely!  Distributors now have the option of being billed on a monthly or annual basis for their PPAI membership and SAGE Total Access subscription.  If you choose to be billed monthly, we’ll automatically and conveniently charge your credit card each month for the monthly price of $49.

What if I don’t use the entire value of the credit?
You do not have to use up the entire credit at one time. The balance will remain on your account for one year from the PPAI/SAGE membership renewal date. Any remaining credit will not be rolled over to the next year and will be forfeited if not used. However, upon renewal of your PPAI membership, you will receive a new credit valued at $495 and good for another one year.

Are you a PPAI member but not a SAGE Total Access subscriber?
Distributors that are current PPAI members will receive one license of SAGE Total Access automatically! This will give your first user access to SAGE Online, SAGE Web, and SAGE Mobile, SAGE's premier suite of product research, presentation, CRM, order management, and virtual sampling tools.  Then you just pay for your additional users ($95/year or $9 per month each) and any other SAGE services that you need.

Are you a PPAI member AND a SAGE Total Access subscriber?
Distributors that are already subscribers of SAGE Total Access will receive a co-branded invoice which will include a $495 credit based on your SAGE renewal date. This credit can be applied to SAGE Total Access Subscription. Upon their PPAI membership renewal, they will then receive an additional $495 credit, which will cover the cost of a SAGE Online subscription or can be applied to other SAGE products and services.

Are you a SAGE Total Access subscriber but not a PPAI member?
No problem. Distributors that are current SAGE Total Access subscribers will receive a PPAI membership automatically! You do not need to do anything to begin utilizing PPAI membership benefits.   PPAI will contact you with more information about your membership benefits.

I don’t know my PPAI member renewal date. What should I do?
Your renewal date is printed on your co-branded invoice emailed from SAGE. You can also call PPAI at 888-I-Am-PPAI (426-7724).

How do I start using SAGE?
As a new member or a renewing member of PPAI, distributors will receive a $495 credit that can be applied to SAGE Total Access which includes SAGE Online, SAGE Web and SAGE Mobile. This $495 fully covers the cost of a current SAGE Total Access subscription. The credit will be issued each year upon payment of PPAI annual distributor membership dues.

As a PPAI member, does a distributor have to use SAGE Total Access?

This does not prevent distributors from using other product search tools; however, SAGE Total Access is the leading product search tool in the promotional products industry.  If you decide not to use SAGE Total Access, you will forfeit the $495 credit but can still take advantage of the many PPAI benefits. 

How do I get Started?
If a distributor company takes advantage of PPAI’s more than 40 benefits and savings opportunities, including access to SAGE Total Access, it will save more than the cost of dues. To find out how much your company has saved to date, call PPAI at 888-I-Am-PPAI (426-7724).
