Volunteers have the opportunity to lend their talents to individual tasks rather than just sit on committees; this opens the door for greater member involvement. Volunteers get to work on the projects they are most passionate about and PPAI welcomes more voices and more ideas, leading to more engaged, involved, and satisfied volunteers. By being more, we can do more, achieve more, for the industry, our businesses, ourselves.
