    Come learn basic yet effective self-defense moves including how to escape common grabs and holds in a positive, fun and empowering environment!!! This introductory workshop is perfect for beginners with no previous experience. Come comfortably dressed (tee shirts, shorts, yoga pants, etc.). You will develop critical skills about defense strategies, assertiveness and confidence while connecting with your own strength and power to act competently, decisively and take action for your own protection.
