Member Care, Telemarketing Representative

 The Member Care, Telemarketing Representative works with Marketing to execute the telemarketing campaigns designated by Marketing, as well as assist the Member Relations team in various assignments as designated.

            Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  1.     Make 200+ outbound calls per day

  2.     Service all inbound calls irrespective of territory or caller requirement

  3.     Conduct all assigned sales campaigns, campaign guidelines and call calendar

  4.     Assist assigned Member Care Specialist as required to meet or exceed plan retention

  5.     Service all inbound calls irrespective of territory or caller requirement

 Secondary Responsibilities

  1. Support the Supervisor, Member Care with other duties as needed
  2. Represent PPAI Membership at tradeshows as assigned
