Member Engagement Programs Manager
The Member Engagement Programs Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of member engagement initiatives related to volunteer activities and recognition programs as well as other association wide engagement opportunities as identified.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
1. Implements the engagement processes, training, organization, recognition and tracking of all new and prospective volunteers.
2. Responsible for overall outreach and tracking of association volunteers from recruitment, training, assignments, service credits and other activities to deliver an exemplary volunteer experience. Supports association staff in volunteer out-reach and resources.
3. Coordinates and where appropriate manages on-line content and visibility for volunteer programs and industry volunteers including website page content, volunteer central and social media channels.
4.Able to concept and deliver lively communications via newsletter, email, social media and other formats to ensure timely and varied reach to volunteer community.
4. Able to develop, implement, deliver and review survey data and make recommendations for improvement on low-performing experiences.
5. Manages logistics and operations for volunteer and recognition programs for live events including onsite coordination and staffing needs. Prepares, organizes all back stage activities for check-in registration, ticketing and greeting activities for volunteer events and provides additional support for award events.
6. Travels on behalf of PPAI to engage members at industry events across the country.
7.Collaborates with staff to support the timely marketing, judging, overall recognition and communications related to five “company-based” awards programs
8. Works collaboratively with Regional Relations to ensure seamless communications of all applicable engagement programs to the regional community.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Travel on behalf of PPAI to engage members at industry events.
2. Assists with monitoring monthly budget expenditures; purchase orders, invoices, relevant documentation.
3. Assists with the development and update of printed and on-line materials to provide visibility for all Volunteer participants including collection of photos other collateral.
3. Work with the IT department to manage on-line volunteer central system as well as related web content to ensure sites are active, current and updated as needed including proofing and testing.
4. Participate and support Action Group and Committee functions, events, meetings and calls.
5. Participate in the presentation of webinars or other training content
