Member Care Sales Specialist 

The Member Care Specialist plays a consultative advisory role to current members and UPIC subscribers, creates full value for current members to ensure retention goals are met, and boost new member sales and revenue opportunities for the Association.

            Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  1.     Meet or exceed plan member retention rate in assigned territory

  2.     Contact members as assigned through iMIS (approximately 80 outbound calls per day)

  3.     Actively prospect for new members and/or up-sell opportunities.

  4.     Support inbound UPIC subscriber needs in assigned territory

  5.     Activate “UPIC registrations pending” in assigned territory

  6.     Convert “pending UPIC registrations” to membership

  7.     Service all inbound calls irrespective of territory or caller requirement

  8.     Maintain accurate records on member accounts

  9.     Properly communicate affinity partner benefits to members

 10.    Send appropriate materials to members, as needed to support retention.
