Charles River Apparel is growing and searching for an experienced Web Applications Administrator based in Sharon, MA. The Web Applications Administrator will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of all web solutions including the elaboration and implementation of enhancements aiming to improve user and customer online experience. The Administrator will report directly to the Director of Information Technology, and be an integral part of the IT team.
*Provide continuous operational updates and additions to all Web and E-Commerce Applications.
*Act as a lead on E-Commerce projects and develop best practices to support Charles River Apparel’s continued growth.
*Debug and resolve issues while keeping planned down time to a minimum.
*Communicate all issues and solutions with users and vendors in a professional and concise manner.
*Flawlessly coordinate and manage all projects from start to finish, keeping leadership apprised of developments that may impact schedules.
*Ensure integrity and security of all sites and that web applications are up to standards.
*Minimum of 5yrs experience in fast paced, high volume IT Operations department with an understanding of database structure, principles and practices.
*At least 3yrs experience in Database administration (SQL, MySQL).
*At least 3yrs experience in Salesforce.com administration - Design and build reports, dashboards, data objects, forms and triggers.
*At least 3yrs of experience in PHP, HTML, CCS, .Net.
*Understanding of AD Attributes (Group Policies, Security Groups, OUs).
*Familiar with IIS 7 and SharePoint.
*At least 2yrs hands on experience with Magento Content Management (Shopping Cart Rules, Catalog, Analytics, API) or similar E-Commerce platform.
*Understand TCP/IP Protocols related to the position (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SLL, LDAP, DNS and record types).
*BS in a technical field or equivalent.

*Represents the business and technical needs of Charles River Apparel with all 3rd party vendors, customers and employees.
*Strong understanding E-Commerce, SaaS and CRM Solutions.
*Ability to work with numerous projects simultaneously within a collaborative environment.
*Identify and understand needs of the Business and Departments.
*Ensure development and execution of project plans, alignment of project goals within budget and on time.
*Document procedures and train all levels of users on how to accomplish tasks related to their daily work routine.
