Are you flexible and able to switch gears easily?  Do you enjoy multi tasking and having the work day fly by?   Braintree, MA Advertising Promotional Products Office (ASI) is looking for a part time sales coordinator.

Sales Coordinator responsibilities will be assisting the Sales Person in the field (but you will be in the office). Some of the tasks include:

  • Working closely with the vendors and obtaining costs/prices from them to then turn into quote sheets
  • Completing daily and weekly 'to-do' list for client and administrative duties.
  • Typing up Sales quotes or Proposals for the customer
  • Entering sales orders into a industry database
  • Following an order thorough the production cycle making certain the goods deliver on time to the client and are correct
  • Researching customer product and event requests and Creating presentations on industry software as well as possibly PowerPoint
  • Working with off-site graphics departments to create artwork when needed
  • Assisting in marketing programs (mailings, constant contact) to increase business

This person will also assist with general administrative needs of the office such as:

  • Answering phones, greeting clients over the phone and assisting them when needed
  • Order entry

Requirements & Skills

 Previous Promotional Products Experience is STRONGLY preferred but not required.Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.  Looking for independent, team player  who is organized, friendly, detailed and service oriented who is able to manage multiple tasks with ease.   We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, time sensitive, deadline-driven business environment.  Positive attitude is a must & able to deal with stressful situations from time-to-time.
