ePromos Promotional Products, Inc., a four time winner of ASI Best Place to Work, is looking for a dynamic individual to lead its rapidly growing online company store business. Many of our most important clients have online web stores that feature merchandise already customized with their logo for purchase by their employees. The team you will lead is involved in all aspects of these stores, from initial setup, merchandising, day-to-day sales and analysis to customer service issue resolution. In this position you will also be client facing, working with the company's top Account Executive, as well as members of the Executive Team.
-Position Start Date: Immediate
-Oversee new store setup- using project management software and weekly meetings. You and your team will work directly with the clients and the Account Manager to design the online webstores to match the clients branding guidelines, including obtaining and uploading product photographs to prepare webstore for active sale.
-Track and analyze store sales. Using sales data, you will reorder inventory, add and change products, and create special store sales to sell slower moving merchandise.
-Suggest new products for the stores. You will work with the Account Managers and clients to present new product ideas to be carried in the store.
-Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's). Reviewing store performance and uncovering potential enhancements to the store and stores operations.
-Proactively update and communicate store contract changes with clients and administer accordingly.
-Hire, train and manage team members.
-Travel to meet new and existing clients with Account Managers and members of the Executive Team.
-Work to ensure third party providers are meeting their Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
-Ensure all customer service issues related to the stores are addressed and solved to our client’s satisfaction.
-Be personable and confident to lead your team, interface with clients, and the senior management.

Skills and Experience:
-The ideal candidate has most of the following:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience with project management or similarly organized team implementation.
- Experience with project management software is preferred.
-Experience with merchandising, product selection and sales analysis.
-Experience in customer service and issue resolution.
-Experience with warehousing and fulfillment.
-Promotional products industry experience a plus.
-Passion for retail trends a plus.
Education and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
-Strong software skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Project Management Software, as well as a comfort withlearning new proprietary systems.
