We currently have an opening for a General Manager, Goldstar North America.
-Lead cross functional teams to aggressively grow the North American Goldstar business on the top and bottom lines by leveraging the unique capabilities across the Company.
-Lead the development and execution of a clear branding strategy positioning Goldstar uniquely in the industry.
-Create scalable growth capabilities through continuous process improvement and leveraging technology
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop a clear three year strategic business plan for Goldstar driving an explicit brand position leveraging the Company’s unique capabilities
-Partner with the sales organization to develop the next generation structure of direct and multi-line reps
-Work with marketing and merchandising to communicate the brand position and build out the product line based upon that branding
-Lead cross functional teams to continually improve the Goldstar customer experience and the internal efficiency in execution
-Lead the prioritization of needs to leverage technology from web based capabilities to tools to improve our sales and operational effectiveness
-Responsibility for the Goldstar P&L, budget, org structure, forecast, and long term projections

-Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
-5+ years of Promotional Products Supplier experience – writing instruments specifically a plus
-3+ years of strategic leadership responsibility and P&L responsibility.
-Demonstrated success in leading strategic selling with an emphasis on large, complex accounts
-In-depth knowledge of the Promotional Products industry
-Extensive experience with promotional product distributors
-Demonstrated negotiation skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with teams across a large organization
-Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of applicable industry computer software
