The outside sales executive will provide all aspects of sales from prospecting new clients to maintaining and growing an existing customer base.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
-Managing the day-to-day tasks in selling to ASI and screen printing customers.
-Developing business and strategic brand presentations to existing and new customers. 
-Support the implementation, execution and analysis of direct marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and web-based programs.
-Execute business-building strategies, including initiating contact with existing and new potential customers and identifying customer needs to ensure the right product mix is sold.   
-Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure accurate, on-time implementation and communication for all programs.
-Proactively forge partnerships with all members of the Marketing team and other cross-functional partners.
-Maintain detailed feedback and appointment data to build a better consultive relationship across all internal resources from design to production.
-Complete and meet all deadlines for all calling initiatives, appointment planning and other assigned projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-BA or BS degree (preferred in business related studies).
-2+ years of experience working in the promotional industry in hard and or softgoods.
-2+ years of experience working with all levels of an organization from Management to Sales Executives.
-2+ years using and analyzing customer sales data.
-Knowledge of best practices in apparel sales relating to the Imprintables market. 
-Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with excellent problem solving skills.
-Ability to analyze data quantitatively, pragmatically, and methodically. 
-Prior experience working with brand promotions and trade shows.
-Ambitious self-starter who takes pride in being “first in class”. 
-Ability to work well with many types of people and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Excellent communicator and skilled at synthesizing complex data into simple and understandable terms.
-Basic skills working in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Demonstrable track record of business results utilizing consumer data.
-Ability to collaborate with others, build trusting relationships and deliver projects on time.
-Ability to take direction, effectively manage projects and collaborate with others to achieve department/company goals.
