PPAI also has several internal committees geared toward serving the diverse needs and interests of our employees:

Community Services: organizes the company’s community outreach program and oversees food and school supply drives, Thanksgiving basket donations and Salvation Army Angel Tree angels

Social: organizes two employee outings each year and hosts quarterly birthday celebration luncheons, as well as assorted themed events including Halloween costume contests and an annual chili cook-off

Wellness: strives to educate employees about the benefits of staying healthy in mind, spirit and body by hosting quarterly lunch and learn sessions, an annual four-week walking challenge and donation drives/charity walks for March of Dimes and the American Heart Association

Recognition: honors team members' service anniversaries and promotions, as well as hosts an annual, end-of-the-year recognition luncheon
